12月8日结束的世界知识产权组织“知识产权与遗传资源、传统知识、民间文艺政府间委员会”（IGC）第十次会议形成的决议确定，由秘书处就民间文艺/传统文化表达和传统知识这两项议题的核心问题分别拟定一份问题单，作为今后讨论的又一基础。秘书处将对截至2007年3月底收到的来自成员国等方面的评论意见进行整理汇编，提供给下次会议。

    因此，为了能够集思广益，在拟定我国评论意见的过程中充分吸收国内有关方面的研究成果，现就该传统知识问题单向局内外广泛征求意见。欢迎各界人士请于2007年2月28日前将意见和建议以信件、传真或者电子邮件方式提交我司。
