Seven ministries including Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Public Security and National Copyright Administration released the Sunshine Project in Entertainment Establishments 2008-2010. The Project tasks copyright authorities to strengthen public education of copyright legislations promote use of licensed works at entertainment establishments and ensure IPR compliance there by invoking the Copyright Collective Management Regulations; cultural authorities to enforce Regulations on Administering Entertainment Establishments and make sure shops to abide by it; police to uphold order of the establishments.
The Project also aims to regulate entertainment market order, optimize market structure, solve the issue of stingy access for the public to entertainment activities which are supposed to be public and make the general population enjoy the entertainment of healthy and diverse contents.
