SIPO recently released the Circular on Certifying the Second Group of State Patented Technology Exhibition and Exchange Centers in Executing the State Patented Technology Exhibition and Exchange Platform Plan, certifying 14 organizations including Shanxi Technology Property Exchange, making the total 32.

The Circular requires, the centers shall run as a company in the mode of non-profit public interest, facilitate commercialization of patented technologies; manage within the prescribed rules, find new ways to form viable platform; develop in respect of local situations and bring development of surrounding areas; enhance collaboration and follow instructions of SIPO on joint activities.
