According to a report from Xinhua News Agency, on March 10, an information from the proposal group of secretariat of the Fifth Session of 10th NPC National Conference revealed that 124 NPC deputies jointly presented 4 proposals calling for legislation of law on IP by then, and the total proposals from NPC deputies reached 518.
 
The food safety is still a focus of deputies' concern at this session, with 14 proposals presented from 445 deputies to call for drafting the Law on Food Safety or amending the law on food sanitation.  Other issues, such as energy saving and recycling economy (4 proposals form 120 deputies appealing for legislating the Law on Recycling Economy), medicine and public health care (4 proposals from 124 deputies to call for constituting the Law on Medical Accident treatment and Medical Safety), also caught deputies eyes.

On March 10 itself, the NPC proposal group received a total of 106 proposals on legislation jointly submitted by deputies, among them 51 proposals were related with legislation and 55 proposals for law amendment.
